We are open for leisure travel!
We are pleased to announce that the State Government has eased some Covid-19 related restrictions and we are now able to accept bookings for leisure travel for stays beginning on Monday 11th of May 2020.
While we are excited to be able to welcome guests back into our park, the health and safety of our staff and guests remains our top priority. As such, we are continuing to evaluate what changes are necessary to keep everyone safe and comply with both Federal and State Government requirements.
To assist in this compliance, we have implemented a range of changes to the way we operate the park, including contactless check-in. In addition, we also require all Guests to complete the below travel form before arrival. Please note that this form is not a confirmation of your booking.
For all standard bookings with arrivals before the end of November 2020, we have adopted the below flexible cancellation policy. Please note that different policies may apply for special offers.
Cancellation policy for bookings arriving prior to 30 November 2020
1-night deposit is required upon booking.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply:
- If you provide more than 72 hours’ notice of your cancellation, a full refund will be given.
- If you provide less than 72 hours’ notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.
Alternatively, if you would like to retain your monies paid on your guest account this can be held for a maximum of 12 months from the date of cancellation, after this time all monies paid will be retained.
